Finally had a chance to use Jeff's Rub. Enjoyed it even though I was a bit stingy I needed to use more!!

The 2 racks turned out well on the refurbished Brinkman Smoke n Pit.

Still need to modify the stack and get a baffle plate.

It did maintain temp for a good 5 plus hours, I believe the water in the smoke cabinet worked.

All in all a good smoke.

No complaints from the family.
 
Glad you enjoyed it. It is hard to over do the rub.

I use Jeff's rub on everything even if I use something else I add some of Jeff's rub I use it on all my smoked meats and on salads, backed potatoes, veggies, gravy, soup, stew you name it. It might even be good on ice cream:-)
