Hello,
I'm thankful for this wonderful site

Quick Question:
I'm going to smoke a turkey in the Barrel House Drum Cooker, with Pecan wood and a dash of Cherry.
-dry brined with salt
- rubbed with mayo & cajun rub
- injected with chicken broth, butter, cajun rub, and some cayenne hot sauce.

However, since I recently bought Jeff's Original Rub recipe, I'm having second thoughts...

Should I switch to Jeff's Rub on the surface and injection, or stick with Cajun, or do a bled?
(Would a blend ruin the overall flavor profile, or would it work? I ask because I have not tasted Jeff's Rub yet)

Thanks for any advice.

I would pick one or the other, but don't do a blend.

Jeff's rub is great. I make up batches and keep it in ziplocks.
It sounds like you have been happy with the Cajun, though. It might be easier on you if you stick within your comfort zone and not experiment on Thanksgiving day.

Bottom line, I think you will be happy either way. Your choice
