Using vortex upside down
Took it to 145

Looks good Lemans, I like that recipe when I saw it, Didn't have a pork loin on hand. Point for doing it, How do you find the vortex, I have wondered about them.

The vortex is the "must have" piece for every kettle..
As for jeff's recipes.. I have them all in a binder and always use them as reference..
