This is the third time I've made these recently, they are excellent! Here are the simple ingredients.1 # lean burger ,1# italian sausage,6-7 jalapenos,1 bag of shredded cheese and a block of
cream cheese. mix everyting together except for the cream cheese.
Form some meatballs and make an indentation for a cream cheese ball ,roll up into a nice meat ball and your done !
Rub was added and into the smoker for 2 hours at 225* with apple chips.
The perfect snack to go with football and a cold one !
