Hello all,
My name is Jeff and I joined this forum because I'm in the middle of building a UDS and thought that I may be able to find answers if any questions came up. I hope to have some pics to show the progress of my build in the near future.

Awsome source for a kit, also be sure to go to YouTube... And watch there tutorial video on how to assemble a uds, even if you don't buy a kit, you will get all the info u need, and can get most of the stuff at Lowes or home depot or local hardware store....

My only advise is : don't u's cheep charcoal! If you can find natural briquettes or lump all the better! I tried a Johnny no name" brand using minon method. And it smelled like a oil refinery!
