Hi there all
I'm from Zimbabwe in Southern Africa,I love BBQ and grills and had some friends over a few weeks ago and we where talking about smoking meat,and the idea just hooked me,I have since bought plans of the net to build a reverse flow smoker,and was looking for a instruction Manuel or some thing and maybe be a few tried and tested recipes
