I like using banana peppers when making mine, the extra kick from jalapeño sounds even better.

I griddle cooked these over the weekend. 1/2 pounders with smoked bacon and extra sharp smoked cheddar on brioche buns. I couldn't handle a full 4 patty 1 lb Sowsage Sowsage burger!

Thanks Travis and will do. What I have planned is much less impressive than yours lol but heck I just can't eat 14lbs of meat in a sitting lol

Damn nice Jake! I am motivated now to do this on my blackstone this weekend, but I will kick it up a bit and use pickled habaneros I made from this years haul in the garden.

Those look great Jake! And huge! Isn't it funny how things are backwards? When younger and thin as a rail I could eat anything...now older with a bigger belly can't eat near as much!

I can absolutely plow through a good C.S. I love them. I don't have room for a Blackstone right now but I'm always looking for a deal I can't refuse on one. (I'll make room) LOL
I spent a summer in Philly many yrs ago and between the Italian food and cheese steaks is reason enough to go back to south Philly. I love the cherry peppers they put of cheese steaks, so I know I would love them with Jap's as well.

Appreciate it Dan. Everyone needs a blackstone. Couldn't pay me to go to Philly or most any major city for that matter
