It's too cold to smoke

I live in central nj and its 21 degrees. I so want to use my smokers. But it too dam cold
I think I am having withdrawals!!

It gets cold here in East Texas (a little)   Christmas day I smoked a Prime Rib & Double smoked Ham  27 º that morning

Its 32 here right now and I just put #5 of Salmon on the MES with a full AMNPS of corn cob!! 12 hrs@ what ever it wants to run at with no power!! This is perfect weather for smoking!!
