Smoke Blower
The last time I made Nova Lox, I made Salmon Jerky, thanks to my inattentiveness, and cold Yengling Lager, so this time, rather than wasting, I wanted to say pi$$ing away, 30 bucks, but last time, reference the Yuengling Lager, I figured I'd smoke the cure rather than smoke the Salmon.
I also used Stevia in the cure, because too many Yuengling lagers have made me too fat and lazy, rather than just lazy.
The "Health Inspector" didn't look too happy after spending a half hour locked up in the bedroom smelling the salmon. They say that losing one sense brings out the others, so only having one eye, and being half blind in the one she has, will make a Bloodhound wish his nose was as good as hers.
