I agree with you.....but my wife is a certified Pork Junkie.....I have to have an intervention with here everytime she does the pull just to ensure there is some left when she gets done.

If I hadn't gotten the batch of Loins we have now for $1.19lb, she would be pulling shoulders for sure. I love her, so she gets the best we have.

Great job W.E., and that's a might fine looking pork loin with a nice smoke ring. That is one heck of a deal on those pork loins, $1.19 a pound. The last time I got a pork loin it was $4.80 a pound and that was below retail. When you get a chance, give the Pork loin with Mahogany sauce a try. I think you both will be happy with it.
