Thanks! It's my first rack. I forgot to spritz them but they still came out awesome! Family said it was the best I'd ever made. They had never had ribs on a smoker before. I did the Johnny Trigg method.
It was good stuff! I poured the jus from the tip into the container with it, warmed it up with the eggs and it was delicious!
