Fresh milled mixed hard white/red mix. Both sourdough.

Just out of the oven is added herb de provence inclusion.

On rack is left topped with wheat germ, right addition of herb de provence.

Looks great Rick . I just mixed up 2 matches about 10 minutes ago . I put them in tupperware and fridge overnight , bake tomorrow . Not legit like yours , but keeps it easy and comes out pretty good .
Gonna revisit the soup bowls I think .

breads are looking great.

It comes out great . I'm adding 5 grams of yeast and a tsp of white sugar to the batch .
I use a stand mixer , then put in the container and fridge overnight .
So not really textbook sourdough I guess .
Got a nice loaf pan for Christmas . Did this last weekend .

Same here . It's coming down pretty good now . Supposed to go all day and night .

That chew on the milled bread you're doing has to be fantastic .
