Hey Gary, have you ever seen that TV show Highway thru hell. I know you drive logging trucks in the winter & haul gravel or asphalt in the summer. I think of you every time I watch that show. It's on the weather channel. Hopefully I won't see your rig on there!

72 and rain here left over hurricane parts

SUpposed to be 96 here in North Louisiana and feel like 103 with humidity.
Glad I got the yard done early with some help from my wonderful wife!

I'll send you some rain and warm weather. Rain is being ridiculous almost every day high 80's and low 90's humidity is very high. But I'll take it over your snow.

Al, I drove that road everyday (round trip) 5 days a week for 2 years. Most of the one's that have trouble on it are "New Canadians" who have probably never seen a snowflake in their lives before driving on the Kokahala. It's about the worst road for weather I've ever been on, and I've been driving semis for 43 years.

The last week has been mid 90°s, with the humidity forcing the heat index to hover at 105° and as high as 112°.

I've been driving big trucks for over 20 years, I've been on some pretty gnarly roads in adverse winter conditions.
Chained up and still managing a snappy 15 mph.
The worst is straight up ice, when its just a solid sheet of ice, call it a day.

Still hot in Ohio, but my hummingbirds are disappearing. That's how I gauge when summer is over.

I have a buddy in Rocky Mountain House and he still has landscaping jobs to finish before freeze up. He is not happy. Looks like more snow coming for you this weekend.

still snow and wet here in Central Sask. Roads were icy, but had melted some.

it is "Supposed" to warm some next week.... we'll see!

I can accept this IF we have a WARM DRY October and November.

Heck, I'd even take NO SNOW all winter, Warm above 0 temps, and a wet spring!
