As I have a pork butt on the smoker I and its getting to mid-Spring I started thinking only a couple more weeks and the first Bluefish of the year will start showing up.Can't wait!

I am purely a surf guy,no boat needed.Bluefish as a whole is really not that good but when you low&slow it(almost cold smoking),it becomes something very good!
