Its A Sticky Day

Warm and rainy today here in S, FL. Weather going to really mess with the smoker.

This batch is the Townsend Sans Egal stick seasoning with the fermento. I left it in the fridge, mixed it 2x to get the seasoning around.

18mm smoked mahogany collagen casings.
