Nice video Alex, I don't have the attention span to watch a 36 min. video(that's just me. I fast forward to tele shows also), but from what I did see it looked good. Two things I did notice. I only saw half your head in a few scenes. May want to adjust the camera angle, and I may have missed it but did you say what you added to the second sausage patty?

Thanks for the camera tips! I just added more pepper to the 2nd set of patties to make it a bit spicier.

The sausage looks great.
Have you tried ground Calabrian chili powder or any good quality chili powder to help bump up the heat?
Try the Calabrian chili powder you won't be sorry it has a slow deep warming effect not a run around the room with your head on fire effect like some chili has.
That video should be 5 minutes max to keep people interested, either that or a hot bikini clad woman helper.
