This was really good the other night, we usually just smoke sausage.. after a few to many beers I had some marinara left over and decided to put it on thick! damn this was good.

Tasty looking Sandwee!!! We make a similar sandwee in our pie irons while camping. Add a bit of smoked cheese oh yeah!
