Well smoked my first fatty today along with some more 3-2-1 spare ribs, both came out excellent. I stuffed the fatty with Boscoli olive salad and feta cheese and it came out great. All ready decided my next fatty with be of a jambalya(sp) flavor. I also did 3 racks of spare ribs, trimmed them up before putting them on and gonna use that for pull pork samwichs. It was also the first time I used Jeff's rib rub which is awesome. Here's the pic's:

Thanks to you all of my future pic's will have a beer in them if there's room , shouldn't be hard, I usually have one in hand, lol.
