I'm about 1.5 hours into 1st smoke 2 pork roasts 5lbs each . Temp on grill about 225 all looks good will post pics later
At 185º it's done, But for slicing i like 195º, 205º for pullinAbout 4 hours In each roast interal temp 185 is that ok?
