Seems like the site is running clunky. I can be several threads down then all of a sudden it jumps to the top. Also, is there a back button out of a thread? Usually I’d hit back on safari but there Isn’t one. There are ads on the bottom. Wonder if they are blocking the forward back buttons.

I'm on Pixel pro Android and access the site via Chrome. There are no back buttons for anything for me which is all sites. I swipe to go back. I have no issues with it jumping around. Relative to the adds you may or may not know that you can get rid of them permanently for a very low annual membership fee. I think it is $15 but not positive.

Ya the ads can be a pain in the arse... but there to help pay for the site and it's costs. If you plan on staying for some time you can get a lifetime premier membership for $100, at one time TulsaJeff was running a special on that for $50... not sure that special is still running or not.
I'm using a Samsung S 22, and I have a back button at bottom of screen that works.

I’m using an IPhone 15 but using Duck Duck Go and the back button pops up on the bottom of my screen. What I do is when I scroll down, I flick the screen back up and the back arrow/ internet window bar pops up.
