Just finished a batch. Its roughly 3 hours out of the dehydrator. I take a bite and it tastes normal. And i see this white hairy type stuff on the inside and only on the inside. Never seen this before. Is it mold? If so how could this have grown so fast. I unpackaged this meat at 10pm last night. so i have this in less than 24 hours?

It's just meat fibers. Maybe dried the jerky to long? It's fine.
