I have some butcher bacon (unsealed) I left in a cooler with ice and many bottles of water until I took the ice out ~8 hours ago. The temps outside last were 47 in my car where I left it. According to my meat thermometer the bacon was 43 degrees when I put it in the freezer The bacon has no smell and tasted fine. I'm going eat it, but cooked extra crispy would you serve this bacon to other people?
