I live in Florida, where it is almost hot enough to cook ribs 0n the hood of your truck. I work for a BBQ company that does catering. We have some fabulous cooks, and some great cookers to work with. At home I smoke meats on an Akorn Komado, and I like to use a cast iron pan atop a propane burner to do ,y cooking. I like to fish for crappie and ride around in my boat.

Welcome from Iowa! It's a great place with lot's to learn and share!

Welcome from Arizona where it does get hot enough to cook ribs on the hood of the truck and fry eggs on the sidewalk too. :emoji_laughing:
