Hey, I'm Ty. I started smoking about 2 years ago maybe a little less. At first I used a wood smoker, but was never really good at keeping my temp. I bought a Traeger and I love it! I will bust out the wood smoker every once in awhile though. Can't wait to pick everyone's brain. I love learning new cooks and recipes. Have a blessed Sunday folks!!
