Hello all. I am Chris, from New England (Southern transplant) I have been smoking with a charcoal grill until last week, when I finished my offset, reverse flow smoker. I have been lurking for a while, but decided to join the community. :)

Q-View is pics of the amazing bbq produced by that smoker!  It it is the main component for the drool factor 

  and it gets you "points" !  I can't even tell you how valuable "points" are!
