Hi, my name is Tim and one of my hobbies is the same as your's, besides making sausages and smoking meats, I like fishing and hunting. I'm an avid Oregon Ducks fan, primarily football. I have a big chief electric smoker which I seldom use and my Smokey Mountain propane smoker.
