Introduction!

I just graduated from Auburn University with a double major in accounting and aviation management and have recently picked up smoking as a hobby.  I have loved grilling my entire life but hadn't ventured into the smoking arena until this past summer.  My girlfriends grandfather bought a Browning sidebox smoker and I decided to give it a try on the 4th of July.  I felt a little awkward when people went for my butt over his but that was when I knew I was hooked.  So far all I have under my belt is 5 butts.  I smoked the one on the 4th and because of the positive reviews I decided to smoke 4 for friends and family for an after graduation party. 

Anyways, I am 23 my name is Tyler and I am looking to continue to enhance my knowledge of smoking!
