Hi grillers and smokers (the good kind)

I just found this forum today and immediately was interested.

My name is Bob Henrick, and I live in Lexington. I use a ceramic grill for Kooking about anything needing cooking. It does a great job of either cooking direct, or indirect. The grill looks like a spaceship about to blast off. it stands about 5 feet tall and has two cooking racks. One rack is a 22 inch rack and one is 18inches, which sits above the 22.  I can cook probably 9 racks of ribs, or 5-6 butts could likely do 4 large turkeys, or 5 boneless pork loins or beef briskets. I haven't yet tried a whole ham, but am likely to do that someday. Hope to make a lot of friends here and learn from each and every one of you.

Welcome to the SMF, BobH!   Great family here and lots of good ideas for smoking.  I've been smoking a long time and the folks here have helped me improve my craft more than I expected when I joined.  The recipes alone make hanging around worthwhile.

I'd love to see a pic of your rocket rig (and of course, your next Q-view)!
