Introducing myself!!!

Hello all!!   My boyfriend and I are new smokers.  Ill be the main person posting to these forums and my name is Heidi.  So far we have tried smoked pork chops, with applesauce glaze on them!!   Man they were yummy!! and then a few weeks later smoked chicken, marinated in italian dressing!!   It was pretty good too.  Time permitting I will cook more and post about it.

Just a little fill in bout the qview, if you tell us bout your wonderful smoked meatloaf and all the ingredients and blah blah blah and you don't have pics, well it's just another fish story.

Everyone here at the house, except Jacob, still laughs at me when I grab the camera and take pics of my smokes. But, a couple of times the wife asked me to take pics of her cakes or pies or deserts and I just stare at her. I tell her it has to be smoked for me to take a pic. Well, that doesn't go over well.

Welcome and don't be afraid to ask questions.
