Ex New Hampshire-ite, retired in Southern Spain after life time overseas, with a passion for BBQ grilling in general but want to advance to real BBQ. Smoking's not part of their culture here so it should be fun to experience the progression. Will start with small kettle grill and work way up to offset and pit when travel permits. Meantime will be scrolling through posts and learning from the best. Thank you again all.

Welcome from Northwest Mississippi. Look forward to seeing how you introduce them folks to BBQ and smoking.

Welcome from RI.

We spend quite a bit of time in the Gilford area.Too bad I don't ski,a vast majority of my time is spent literally right across the road from the entrance to Gunstock.
