Ex New Hampshire-ite, retired in Southern Spain after life time overseas, with a passion for BBQ grilling in general but want to advance to real BBQ. Smoking's not part of their culture here so it should be fun to experience the progression. Will start with small kettle grill and work way up to offset and pit when travel permits.
