A little about me? Well it's not much. :-)
I'm just an average midwesterner.
I love spending time with my family and with friends. I always look forward to a trip on my Harley especially when it is my wife's suggestion.
I finally got tired of buying gas grills that burn up in a couple years, is usually a raging inferno and the food has very little "wow" flavor. I bought a Rec Tec pellet grill and love it. Now I want to explore more options (slow cooking and even doing entire meals...veggies, potatoes, the whole 9 yards.
