JB from OK..I've had a Masterbuilt 30 in Electric Smoker with Bluetooth for a few weeks. Smoked turkey, pork butt, and cornish hens..I'm gonna attempt this 10 lb Pork Cushion Friday. Looking for suggestions..planning on pulling it so was figuring to aim for 200° internal..smoking at 225. I'd appreciate suggestions for prep. Thanks
