My name is Brandon and I'm new to the hobby of smoking and have been grilling since I was a kid, everthing Ive learned is from family members who were all self taught.I currently reside near Seattle,WA. My pit is a cheap rig a rivergrille 37in offset smoker,as of now I've only smoked some spare ribs,wings,drumsticks and grilled a few steaks. I'm here to learn and get more efficient and become consistent in the art of smoking,bbq,and grilling foods.
