Eye of round. Rubbed with A1 Bold, garlic powder, onion powder, and in a zip lock overnight

Smoked with cherry @ 225 and pulled at 125 degrees. This is the best tasting thing I have ever smoked. I didn't trim the fat but will the next time.

That is some fine looking beef! It not makes a great sanny but I snack on the stuff like it was candy, I'm usually stuffed by the time I run it all they the meat slicer. Like, RAY
