curious on how to ask for support from Inkbird. Their website is not so user friendly. On October 2021 I bought my beloved IBBQ4T. This morning after an all day cook I plugged it into a USB from my computer (USB C)
Got pre-occupied, and went back to check charge. The plug looked partially disconnected and was distorted as if it really over heated. It did. After realasing the plu g from the unit below is what I saw.
Was just curious if Inkbird monitors here or it I should try and contact directly. I love this thing. but don't want to drop coin if I can get a cheaper replacement. also a little concerned that the software app on my phone will still work with a new unit.
