They are pretty good about contacting through here. I have the Ibt-4xs and it works wonders. However I’ve had two instant read thermometers from them and they both bit the dust after about 10 uses.

My experience with their customer service was great, had 2 temp probes crap out on me shortly after getting them and they shipped new ones no questions asked, in my mailbox in just a few days
