In honor of the Michigan opener tomorrow.

One of my favorite meals ever backstrap cooked a little on the rare side of medium rare. My 8 year old son had his first taste of venison & loved it, I got to explain how awesome it is to hunt & provide your own food for the family he thought it was pretty cool.

I have plenty of non venison eaters until they have it prepared properly then they cant wait for the next time.
