Hello SMF family,
I got the Lang out again today to do some smoking and grilling. and for the third straight week i had a ball...
I smoked a pork loin roast and some beef short ribs.
I grilled some pork steaks and pork loin chops
I smoked and grilled some chicken legs with a strawberry/honey reduction glaze.

the reduction is really simple... (a variant of a Jeff recipe...goes great with Jeff's rub)
10 oz strawberry Jam
1 tbsp of honey
1/4 cup of AC vinegar
reduce in pot for 10 minutes or so

Whhhooooeeeeee that is some good eats!

Dang!!! That looks good! Only way to be a heavier smoker would to have a cigar while cooking!!!

Understandable! I still enjoy one once and a while when doing a long cook. Then again I might have to give it up soon too.
