Hello from southwestern illinois, which is no way, shape or form affiliated with chitcago. been running a weber kettle for 30 years+ and a masterbuilt sportsman elite for the last 5 years or so. had an electric smoker years ago that i wasn't very fond of to be honest. just found this place looking for a new rub recipe & saying hey. hope to learn a thing or 12 from all y'all, looks like a good place to do so from what i have read so far.
