I cured, vac sealed and froze some skin on pork belly about 4 months ago. was going to cold smoke for bacon.

Anyway, I want to try somethibg different

Any ideas/recipes for grilling the belly on a Weber?

Thinking of that and some grilled pork chops for the 4th of July.

I believe this one was not cured , but it caught my eye when I saw it .
I bet cured would up it some . Glaze it towards the end . Post it up . I'll add it the the list of your cooks I start at daily . Lol .

Cured Pork Belly Burnt Ends maybe. I did them a long time ago with a hunk of belly I had in the freezer.
