Hello to everyone

This is a great site have looked at a few other forums but this one seems to fit me best. I grew up in missouri smoking meat for most of my life but as I got older it slowed down for one reason or another.  I live in Centennial, Colorado right now. Did the basics form pork butts, rib and even hole hog as I grew up. Now that I am older and have a daughter I would like to get back into it more then just a few times a year. I have in the past 4 months sold my offset smoker and bought a pellet smoke (yoder ys640). I really love this thing for its ease of use, I can now spend more time working on the rubs, sauces, sides, ect. of BBQing. Now that I have found you guys my daughter and myself can learn some new tricks that I missed when I was a younger. I can not wait to starting really learning the cold smoking side of smoking meats as well as anyting else I can stick into a smoker. After looking around  the site I would like to thank everyone for the ideas and help you guys have already given and all the help in the future. I just hope that as I learn more I will be able to help people myself. I guess that is it for now.
