I am making some fatties for a cook out/ kids birthday party on sat. I am making a cheese steak fattie but I also wanted to make a second fattie using Bratwurst meat instead of sausage. So what goes good in a Bratwurst fattie?

One thing I know a LOT of kids love is mac-n-cheese fatties, they go crazy over things like that.

the kids will all be around 2-4 years old. Its my nephews 2nd birthday and they are coming up from Miami. My sister is a Chef but she has never had a the likes of a Fattie so I want to make one for her when she's here. She might be a chef but I'll kick her ass on the Grill/smoker
