I was thinking of getting an electric one. What brand? I will be using it for just two of us most of the time so I want a smaller one. Is it difficult to learn how to do it? It sure sounds confusing I see meat covered in foil and some just in the smoker. I will do mostly chicken and meat. Any advise will be greatly appreciated. Once I get one I will order Jeff's cookbook and I am sure that will help.
