My wife's friends always rave about all the things that I make so I thought I'd have a couple over and have them help make some brats. We made more than 60 lbs. of them. Some Al Pastor with pineapple, garlic basil and jalapeño cheddar. Not a bad day but 5 hours is a long time. My wife took some pictures and I'll post some in a bit.

Sounds great Cant wait to see the results

I can see it all now, you'll be like Woodcutter, buy a case of cases of butts from Sam's and have weekend sausage making with friends and family.  Have the smoker full when they get there, just to feed them.

That does sound like fun. A LOT of work, but fun.

Sharing the "love' with friends... :2thumbs: ... You are one helluva a great neighbor....

Man, you got a great crew there!!!!  Tasty looking links.

Looks good Mike! It is a lot of work making brats.

I helped a coworkers out three different times making 600 lbs total over those three times. Ate up the whole weekend each time. Now I will only do small batches for my family alone!

Nice post!

It was a great time. One of the daughters that was there saw me when I picked up my son from school today and said she loved the garlic basil and can't wait to try the others.

Nice Job, Mike!!
