Dear Smf Family:
i have seen on here for the last few years an accessory on a lot of your grills and smokers is the vortex. So i finally got me one and decided to put it into my lang 36 Hybrid and play with my toy.
I decided to cook for dinner a top Round (for London broil) and sear it over the vortex and then let it roast next to it here is the results....

put the vortex into my grill side....

That looks good Aaron, nice piece of work, Like! You can also turn the Vortex wide side up if you need more room to fit the meat or do two steaks at once. RAY

Aaron...what's not to LIKE sir? That's beautiful. Very creative working the vortex into the Lang. I can see some really interesting cooks upcoming, that's for sure.
