I was doing a little online shopping for a quality set of skewers. I found a stainless set that is 23" long and very thick and strong. I will have to get a tri-tip soon to try them out.

We had a rare thunderstorm today so no BBQ or smoking. Decided to make a salad.

Flat skewers are perfect. Otherwise, two round ones will also work. Never one round one though..

I think they are pretty well built for under $30.

I really liked the salad so I made it again. I added a little gochujang on top of the chicken.

Verdict: 10/10

Very strong, will not bend. Easy to get meat on and off but will not move on it's own. Very easy to clean.

They look great! Been thinking about a set like that. But, I've been too busy enabling myself to work my magic on others!!

Those look pretty awesome! I have the two prong version...which are ok, but when you load them they tend to get narrower and narrower.

I really need to order up a set, although I don't really have a cooker that they could lay flat on. I really need a grill likd your's, I love that thing.
(no space for one though.)
