I did good today!!!

I bought a Little Chief electric smoker for 25$ off craigslist, gonna use it for jerky since i was gonna spend 40 on a dehydrator i think it will be better!!
Then at sams bought a 7 lb bottom roast and one rack of spares that i trimmed into st Louis style and threw them both on smoker minion style went golfing came home to the best ribs i have ever made well thanks to my daughter for misting with apple juice and keeping an eye on them, holy monkey they were good!! i knew when i took them off and they broke in half it was gonna be a good meal!! cant wait to slice the roast up tomorrow for sandwiches i wish i had pics, i failed there but wow!!

the bottom round roast made for some awesome roast beef!! seems like alot of people on here didnt care for that cut but i am very impressed on my first beef smoke.
