Smokin' a few butts tonight and then some in the mornin' and in the afternoon.

Gotta luv the WSM and lump w/hickory chunks. Bear with me, more pics to come.

A "few" butts?!!!

And all this in a WSM?  What kinda mods did you make that let you get all that meat cooked in two sessions?  What were the weight on these? 

I'm curious...obviously.

Dude,  6 butts in each (2) WSM smoker's, 165lbs to be exact. So I have 12 butts on 2 smokers for 16+ hours.

And then 6 on one WSM, so I can save on fuel. I am freezing 2 butts for later smokin'.
