I messed up my user name! I wanted ctw8889 not ctw888i. Dang phone. Can I change this in anyway? I'm not seeing it in my settings. 

Anyways, name is Charles and I'm from Houston. I've been smoking for a couple of years now. I always come to SMF when I'm looking for info and decided that it was time to join. I'm doing all of my smoking on a MES and I'm hoping that I can get a better handle on how to use it and produce better Q. I'll be making some threads in the electric smoker sections and hopefully once I get my process down, I can use what i learn to help others.
